Hagar is an experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of consulting experience focused on the Israeli banking, insurance and credit card industries. Hagar has a deep understanding of business processes, operational excellence and regulation, and has performed extensive business assessments, established new units/operations and redesigned process flows for the entire banking industryas well as the major players in the Israeli credit card industry. She has a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Shenkar College and an M.B.A with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University.
