Ilan has over 16 years of experience in advising large public and private sector clients of organizational and operational issues. This had included strategy execution and change management projects in the energy industry and retail industries as weel as the public sector. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and has served as a lecturer at the university’s business school.
