About the Job
As an Organizational Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with leading business companies and government offices, playing a key role in the development and implementation of organizational strategies. You will engage in in-depth analysis of organizational systems and lead complex changes and reforms that will significantly impact the organization and its business environment. The work is project-based, diverse, and dynamic, involving teamwork with other consultants and managers.
The role includes:
- Assessing organizations : Analyzing organizational structure, work processes, products, services, and management routines.
- Formulating solutions: Providing recommendations to address organizational challenges.
- Leading complex processes: Supporting significant changes and reforms with a major impact on the organization.
- Working with senior executives: Direct collaboration with senior managers in both the public and private sectors
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree from a leading academic institution in relevant fields – mandatory.
- Master’s degree (in fields such as Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology) – an advantage.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, creativity, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead and present in front of audiences, teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in consulting – an advantage.
- Fluent Hebrew, strong writing and drafting skills.
- High level of English.
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading academic institution in relevant fields – mandatory.
