As a manager, you will direct teams of organizational consultants, supervise entire consulting processes, and manage client relations. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality solutions, promoting new work methodologies, and leading and training new consultants. To accomplish this, you must have excellent leadership skills, be creative and a quick learner, and maintain constant contact with top executives.
Requirements
- BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management OR Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behaviour OR MBA with relevant specialization—must
- 5 years of experience in accompanying organizations through processes of diagnosis and implementation, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders
- Consulting firm experience: advantage
- Strong knowledge of organizational development theories and methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change processes from strategy through implementation
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal relations, creativity & initiative, curiosity, personal impact & leadership skills
- Fluent Hebrew with strong writing and drafting skills, high-level English
