A senior position for Bachelor’s/Master’s graduates with proven experience in client experience processes
You will be a member of a consulting team advising and supporting senior management of leading organizations and government agencies on major strategic issues. As a Senior CX Consultant, you will formulate service & digital strategies, implement digital-transformation processes, conduct user and market research, design user experiences and characterize digital interfaces.
We are looking for team players with a combination of creativity and analytical skills who are passionate about human-centered design.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience in CX roles (Consulting/Design/Research/Strategy)
- Team-leading experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field from a leading academic institution
- UX skills
- Graphic design skills – advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- High teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
