About the Job

A senior position for Bachelor’s/Master’s graduates with proven experience in client experience processes

You will be a member of a consulting team advising and supporting senior management of leading organizations and government agencies on major strategic issues.  As a Senior CX Consultant, you will formulate service & digital strategies, implement digital-transformation processes, conduct user and market research, design user experiences and characterize digital interfaces.

We are looking for team players with a combination of creativity and analytical skills who are passionate about human-centered design.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in CX roles (Consulting/Design/Research/Strategy)
  • Team-leading experience
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field from a leading academic institution
  • UX skills
  • Graphic design skills – advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
