Assisting the Labor branch in formulating a strategic multi-year digital plan

• Business Dilemma:
  The Israeli employment market faces many challenges due to external and demographic changes. TASC was asked to assist the Labor branch in formatting a strategic multi-year digital plan that reflects these challenges and promotes data-driven decision-making.

• Process
  The multi-step plan included conducting trend reviews of the Israeli employment market; researching the strategic programs of Labor offices around the world; conducting workshops to formulate and implement the plan; and formulating the Branch’s purpose, vision, goals, objectives, KPIs, and business plan.

• Strategic Solution & Impact:
  The plan was approved and implemented in the Labor branch’s work plan for 2019 to raise Israel’s productivity in the labor market and help integrate diverse populations into the workforce.
