Market opportunities in Israel are narrow and highly competitive so local dominant players are seeking new opportunities worldwide. The company asked TASC to prioritize markets for initial penetration.

TASC developed an international expansion strategy by analyzing the attractiveness and prioritization of target markets; decision-making on the desired business model; and mapping of required assets and capabilities to be developed. TASC also assisted the client in identifying possible partners for market

We provided a map of prioritized target markets along with a recommended business model for market entry and gap analysis of assets and capabilities. In the second phase, we accompanied the client on a roadshow with possible financial partners.
