Hadas is a Principal at TASC who specializes in Service Design with a focus on Digital Transformation and User Experience Design. She has been practicing Design for more than 10 years, with a focus over the past seven years on Service design to provide custom solutions using qualitative and ethnographic research techniques, identifying needs and opportunities, and developing insights and in-depth concepts. Hadas holds a B.Des in Industrial design from the Holon Institute of Technology and an M.Des degree in design management from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
