Why TASC?

I chose to work in consulting, especially at TASC, because it provides the opportunity to learn about many different organizations in Israel and how they work. It allows to expand my horizons, challenge myself, and help shape the important decisions our clients make.

What does the day-to-day look like?

My day-to-day work is incredibly diverse. It can include team brainstorming sessions, independent research, client presentations, or just hanging out with fellow consultants at the office. I specialize in operational excellence, which covers a wide range of projects that might involve redesigning organizational structures, improving efficiency within companies, or helping develop complex work plans.

Impact for clients

My work allows clients to view their challenges from a fresh perspective, encouraging them to break free from inertia and engage in deep, meaningful processes. I help simplify seemingly complex issues into clear, actionable plans. This approach enables organizations to implement sustainable improvements rather than maintaining the status quo.
