TASC creates opportunities to learn and develop practical tools while doing varied projects for public and private institutions. Working at TASC enables me to influence meaningful processes and to provide innovative solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.

My day-to-day work

I work as a Digital Associate in the Digital, Data & Experience Department, which specializes in user experience. A substantial part of my job is to carry out user research and analyze the service processes. We use several different tools, from user interviews to creating customer journeys, in order to analyze both users’ and clients’ needs.
